  • Increase customer engagement / raise awareness of Sonovision Limited and its services

  • Promote our extensive industry expertise

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop these into prosperous relationships

  • Be an ambassador for the company, showcasing not only our skills and expertise, but also our underpinning principals of Operational Excellence, Customer Satisfaction and Innovation

  • Understand our Customers, their marketplace and the challenges they face – present them with solutions tailored to their needs, not an out-the-box solution.

Profil

The skills to underpin the ambition

  • Extensive knowledge of developing business for a ‘Service’ company – sell our people and their capabilities

  • Previous experience with Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Technical Training Services a distinct advantage.

  • Proven experience of writing and budgeting technical and commercial proposals

  • Ability to work alongside our production team to develop innovative solutions

  • Established methods of relationship management, with customer’s new and old, maximizing potential leads and cross-selling opportunities

  • An understanding of social media, its marketing potential and its implementation to promote the company’s online presence.

  • Accurate and auditable Customer Relationship Management

  • Be part of our industrial community – active presence at Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Conferences



The person to deliver

  • Recognised qualification in business and communication or proven experience in related field.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

  • Ability to purpose development strategies and apply creative thinking

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • A proven track record of developing client relationships.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills with a confident, patient and personable manner.

  • A minimum of 5 years business development/face-to-face sales experience.

  • An engineering, technical or military background would be an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated, working independently and reporting to directors
