About Us: Protocol are working with a Further Education College based in Richmond that is dedicated to providing outstanding education and training to our diverse student body. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment where both students and staff can thrive.

The Role: As a Lecturer in CELTA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our students. You will be the main course tutor delivering an intensive course. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in ESOL for students aged 16 - 18.
  • Supporting and guiding students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the ESOL curriculum.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant ESOL qualification.
  • Approved by Cambridge Awarding body to teach
  • Proven experience in teaching ESOL, particularly to students 18+.
  • Strong knowledge of the ESOL curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
