We are now looking for energetic Field Service Engineers to join us and help scale the business:

What You Will Be Doing

  • This is a site based role with some home based working required and occasional attendance in our central London office
  • Over seeing contractors during on site installation and maintenance activities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
  • On site commissioning and remote support to manage comms with CKs operating systems
  • Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
  • Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
  • Provide professional assessments and advice for customers whilst in the field
  • Fault finding and diagnosis and reporting
  • Provide support on research and development testing activities
  • Complete full and detailed site surveys
  • Custom circuit design
  • Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances are fully reported

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified electrician, with experience in the highways sector, domestic and commercial 3 phase work
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification
  • 18th Edition
  • EV qualifications (preferred but not essential)
  • At least 5 years experience as a qualified electrician
  • A professional approach to all aspects of work
  • Full clean valid UK driving licence (proof of zero penalties and no previous convictions essential)
  • An understanding of industry governance and compliance
  • EV Car charging experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable with basic software set ups of our chargers and use of IT equipment – training will be given if required.
  • Experience with data cabling, GSM, metering advantageous

Preferred Skills and Experience (Preferred)

  • ECS/CSCS Card
  • SMSTS qualified
