An exciting opportunity for a motivated and focused Assistant General Manager to join the Specialist Medicine Directorate within the Medicine and Emergency Care (MEC) Division at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
As Assistant General Manager within the Directorate, you will provide operational and strategic support to the MEC division. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager, existing Assistant General Managers and General Manager to achieve activity targets against national requirements as well as supporting the delivery of new challenges.
Main duties of the job
You will be involved in financial performance and service improvement plans across the Directorate and work closely with Medical and Nursing colleagues to promote high quality patient experience throughout.
As a highly motivated manager with proven experience, you will need to display strong leadership qualities and have a proven track record of delivering high performance across the areas you have managed.
