At Bike Club we offersubscriptions for childrens bikes that grow with your kids.Families pay a monthly fee and when their children outgrow theirbikes we exchange them for a larger size. We refurbish the usedbikes and make them available to other families. Its sustainableand hasslefree.

Basedin Rainham London the Senior Bike Mechanic will be a crucial playerin ensuring Bike Clubs ongoing triumph and operationalfinesse.

Your responsibilities include meetingdaily bike production targets ensuring bikes meet our qualitystandards reporting issues to the Operations Team and maintaining aclean and organised workshop.

Youll also supportteam member onboarding and prioritise health and safety procedures.Lets pedal this adventure together

What YoullDo

• Meet daily targets: Produce aminimum of 25 new or 20 refurbishedbikes.
• Ensure bikes meet BC quality standardsduring preparation.
• Adherence to operationalworkflow and proactively share new ideas to create efficiency andimprovements
• Follow all health and safetyprocedures including maintaining tidiness in theworkshop.
• Report quality control issues to theOperations Team.

Your Mission

. Ensure production of a minimum of 100 rebikesor 125 new bikes per week.

Encourage mechanicsto keep common areas clean and organised.

Sharing ideas on increasing efficiency ofprocesses

Aim for a 98% faultfree rate for bikessent tomembers
