Whats theJob

A Sales Associate is a veryimportant role within our stores you will be given the opportunityto be part of a hard working team working closely with premiumproduct customers and achieving daily targets.

Wewant our customers to step into store and feel the Castoreexperience Its your job to inform all customers about our productsand drive the force behind service and selling within ourstores.

Were currentlyrecruiting for:

x1 SalesAssociate 8 hours perweek

Whatwill I do

Greeting and servingcustomers as they enter the store.
Acting as anambassador for our Castore brand.
Always provideexcellent customer service.
Advising and assistingcustomers.
Handling complaints or forwarding seriousissues to the manager on duty.
Conducting customertransactions.
Replenishing the supply of stock on theshelves.
Assisting with store deliveries.
Replenishment of the store.
Monitor and report on KPIsregularly e.g. Order in store Ereceipts.
Identifyopportunities for up selling products and addonsales.

What skills andqualities will I need

Outstanding writtenand oral communication skills.
