Qualifications

Essential criteria

Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy or evidence of equivalent experience Pharmacist registration with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Desirable criteria

Leadership / Management qualification or working towards Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria

Extensive post qualification experience including experience working in hospital or interface pharmacy services Proven experience as a specialist clinical pharmacist Evidence of writing clinical guidelines and implementing national directives

Desirable criteria

Experience as a Clinical Pharmacy tutor to trainee and post-registration foundation level pharmacists
