A rapidly improving secondary school located in the vibrant community of St Neots, Cambridgeshire, is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher specializing in French and Spanish. This permanent role is available to start in September or sooner, aligning with our commitment to delivering an exceptional educational experience in a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and interactive French and Spanish lessons across a range of abilities from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
*
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support where needed.
*
Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and innovative teaching methodologies within the MFL department.
*
Engage and motivate students, fostering a passion for languages that transcends the classroom.
*
Participate actively in departmental meetings, school training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
*
Maintain accurate records and report on student performance to parents and school management.

Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification, with a strong background in teaching French and Spanish.

A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject area.
*
Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective MFL lessons.
*
Excellent command of both French and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
*
Ability to cater to diverse learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
*
Enthusiastic and creative approach to teaching that inspires learning and cultivates educational excellence.
*
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
