We are currently looking for a dedicated, cheerful, strong leadership, and team player skills to join our team. As a supervisor, to lead, coach and motivate the team and support the management team.

What will my role look like?

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store in the managements’ absence. Using your managerial skill to ensure that the team is operating smoothly and promoting sales, increase profitability and making sure the customers are satisfied.

What would my main responsibilities be?

Provide excellent customer service. Upsell on products and promote offers. Complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager. Assist the Store Manager with deliveries, banking, and administration duties. Report any store or employee issues to the Store Manager. Ensure colleagues comply with uniform regulations. Supervise colleagues and delegate responsibility when needed. Assist in the training and development of new and existing colleagues. Ensure the store is well merchandised by keeping an accurate record of stocks and wastage. Check current fuel volumes, stock at site and delivery plans to meet with target fuel stock holding. Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures. Assist with any customers enquiries. Adhere to Challenge 25 policies on age restricted items and checking and logging IDs.
