POSITION: Aviation Allocator (Fixed Term Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levelsAssisting with the planning of vehicles and/or manpowerAllocate flights to operators using i6 computer system to ensure refuellings are completed on timeMonitor ACDM for any flight changes ie aircraft changes, destination changes, stand changesAmend i6 to reflect flight changesMonitor ACDM for any delays attributed to refuellingInvestigate delaysLiaise with Handling AgentMonitor i6 for any discrepancies in vehicle metersReport any incidents or potential issues to Supervisor or ManagerRoster meal breaks for refuelling techniciansEnsure vehicle weekly checks are carried out and vehicle board updatedEnsure vehicles are refuelled in a timely mannerAssist in keeping vehicle defect board updated and vehicle allocationAct as Fire Marshal for the operationPrepare daily manning sheets from current rosterWorking across a rota in support of a 7 day 24 hour operation

High level of computer literacyStrong Customer Service SkillsStrong level of interpersonal skillsAbility to obtain an airside ID – 5 years referencing essentialAbility to work aloneProactive approach to safety procedures and Health and Safety within the WorkplaceCurrent Driving Licence
