Therole

Fugro is the world's leadingGeo-data specialist. Through integrated data acquisition, analysisand advice, we unlock insights from Geo-Data to help our clientsdesign, build and operate their assets in a safe, sustainable andeffective manner. Our Inspection and Monitoring (I&M)business is considered a key component of our full life-cycleapproach and is a focus area for growth. The I&M Engineeris responsible for the successful delivery of our I&Mworks, in collaboration with our integrated team. The I&MEngineer will support our Inspection & Monitoring projectswith tasks related to installation, commissioning, inspection andtesting of instruments and sensors.

Who we're lookingfor:

I&M Engineer will provide technicalexpertise, quality control and managerial support to the ProjectManager, manage I&M team on site to ensure that I&Mworks are performed in accordance with applicable method statementsand risk assessments, regulations, policies and industry bestpractice. I&M Engineer will work closely with Data Managerto ensure all instruments and sensors are properly connected andrecording data. The successful applicant will have a bachelordegree and at least 3 years of experience with Instrumentation andMonitoring in a civil/construction industry. Site-based duties:work together with projects team on the preparation, installation,acquisition and supervision of geotechnical and structuralmonitoring projects.
