Establishedin 1931 they are a successful and progressive thirdgenerationfamilyownedbusiness.

Theyare now actively looking to recruit a General Sales Manager fortheir premium and luxury dealership inCrawley.

Therole of the Sales Manager isto:
  • Achievevehicle sales finance sales accessory sales volumes and profitobjectives.
  • Manageall vehicle sales processes within thebusiness.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Tomanage the mix and specification of new products based on salestrends local market intelligence and the allocation and productionconstraints.
  • Managethe supply of usedvehicles.
  • Ensureall vehicles are funded appropriately and any issues in this regardare notified to the Head of Businessimmediately.
  • Implementand develop customer followup systems and procedures to increasecustomer loyalty; aid in maintaining the accuracy of the customerdatabase.
  • Maximisecommercial opportunities through developing and implementingeffective and consistent events andcampaigns.
  • Understandingof manufacturer mystery shopping criteria and ability to apply thisknowledge.
  • Activelyconvey the culture of putting customers first by means of TDF atall times and comply with the principles of the FCA for both thecustomer and thebusiness.
  • Maximisesales opportunities by offering finance solutions to customers andensuring each customer receives excellent customer service as wellas adhering to the FCA guidelines at all times in regards toportraying financial information and regulatedactivities.
  • Recruitand select sales team members in line with organisational andmanufacturerrequirements.
  • Maintaina safe and healthy working environment ensuring staff comply withHealth and Safetyrequirements.
