About therole:

As a Business DevelopmentManager you will play a crucial role in driving growth andexpanding the client base by managing and enhancing relationshipsacross multiple brands including Observ Diamond Glow InshapeUltralux and Medilux. Your core responsibility will be to generatenew business opportunities and strengthen existing clientrelationships. This will involve a strategic and collaborativeapproach working closely with stakeholders to understand clientneeds promote product solutions and achieve salestargets.

Responsibilities:

  • Developand maintain strong relationships with new and existingclients.
  • Employ a consultative approach tounderstand client needs and identify tailoredsolutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifyingand capitalising on accountspecificopportunities.
  • Utilise contemporary salestechniques including effective questioning and negotiationskills.
  • Forge and nurture robust partnershipsthat contribute to brand expansion.
  • Collaborateclosely with partners to maximise mutual success and achieve sharedobjectives.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding ofcurrent sales methodologies.
  • Leverage yourknowledge of different personalities to enhance our competitiveadvantage.
  • Achieve targeted sales numbers fordevices and deliver against monthlyKPIs.
  • Conduct presentations of our productrange via Zoom and in person.
  • Createcollaborative Business Plans (JBPs) and oversee customer needsensuring optimal Return on Investment(ROI)
  • Strategize and flawlessly execute launchevents.
  • Keep abreast of market trends productdevelopments industry advancements and emerging opportunities inthe medical aesthetic market.
  • Share feedbackand collaborate cross departmentally regarding products andprocesses.
  • Proactively identify businessopportunities to accelerate device sales growth into newterritories.
  • Cultivate and enhance connectionswith industry experts and likeminded skincare brands to enhance thepromotion of our range ofdevices.

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience in Device business development and client relationshipmanagement.
  • Strong sales acumen withdemonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Ability tounderstand and adapt to various personalities for effectivecommunication.
  • Exceptional strategic thinkingand problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achievingand exceeding salestargets.
