Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: The successful candidate will be the registered manager for their geographical patch and provide leadership to 9 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 14 Services across Hertfordshire ,London and Sussex area. The Regional Manager will play a key role in the region’s exciting growth plans and develop Community Integrated Care’s presence as a leading provider in the region with appropriate local brand identity and organisational profile.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organisation’s business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.

Knowledge

Professional Qualification in Health and Social Care eg qualified Nurse, Social Worker SVQ L4 or Care and Management L5. Evidence of continuing professional development Medication L3 Training Deep understanding of person-centred care Full UK Driving Licence

Experience

Working to CI/ CQC Regulations + inspection processes. Experience working in complex care within a social/health care setting Working with MDT and participating in complex case reviews Working with people supported you present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life Previous experience working across multiple sites, in a health and social care setting Experience leading teams and managing people Experience of managing budgets Knowledge of complex care and conditions like epilepsy, autism, Your values:
