Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist within the Mental Health services in NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

What you will do:

Working Pan-Ayrshire, and based at Ayrshire Central Hospital and/or Ailsa Hospital, you will work with the physiotherapists and support workers in the inpatient and community mental health team to provide specialist physiotherapy input to mental health service users in these areas.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

As a Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration, you will have evidence of continued professional development.

A good level of physical ability is required due to provision of exercise classes, as is a commitment to ongoing quality improvement work within the team.

Hours:

37 hours per week

You will be required to participate in the NHS AAA acute on-call rota.

Full time, part time and job share applications welcome and will be considered – please indicate hours of work available on application form.
