AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. How you will create an impact

  • Professionally handle incoming calls from existing customers, completing enquiries, and taking all necessary actions in a professional and service focused approach
  • Handling mid-term adjustments within agreed authority
  • Supporting the Technical Underwriters on more complex and/or non-standard cases within agreed authority;
  • Take responsibility for all customer requests, ensuring action and follow up within the agreed service level.
  • Develop and maintain productive external and internal relationships.
  • Training and Developing New and Existing staff including completing Quality Audits
  • Recognise and convert opportunities to introduce other AIG products to existing customers.
  • Consistently achieve individual performance targets (KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Effectively liaise with appropriate representatives of other departments to successfully resolve customer enquiries.
  • Practice customer care by providing accurate information to customers at all times.
  • Ensure excellent product and system knowledge is maintained.
  • Ensure all relevant systems are updated in a timely manner

  • Awareness of the impact of regulation and FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)
