Ascot, United Kingdom Sterling Cross Full time

A leading Ascot special education school has a great new opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join the team, supporting autistic children and young people to lead a holistic, fulfilling school life and feel readily prepared and inspired for the future ahead.

Set within 14 acres of beautifully tended grounds, this school provides education specifically tailored to pupils aged 4 to 19 with ASC-related specialist learning needs, and has been recognised as an Autism Accreditation Advanced educator by the National Autistic Society.

A uniquely nurturing environment, small therapeutic classrooms, and an adaptive and stimulating curriculum together ensure pupils are well supported to achieve their potential emotionally, socially, and academically.

You’ll have a high degree of autonomy in your day-to-day with the clinical supervision of an experienced Lead SALT, and you’ll contribute to the training and peer support of junior team members in turn. Service development projects will offer opportunities to further enhance your skills and for you to shape the therapy provision through your own actions and proposals.
