Requisitos mínimos :

Estar graduado en Ingeniería Informática o de Telecomunicaciones, o cualquier otra titulación de ámbito técnico y con cercanía a la ingeniería del software. Tener al menos 4 años de experiencia en un rol de Data Engineer, implementando y productivizando soluciones de ingesta y transformación de datos con herramientas on-premise o cloud. Experiencia en arquitectura de datos (estructura, particionado, modelado, capas y ciclo de vida) en ambientes Data Warehouse. Además será importante que tengas experiencia en algunas de las siguientes herramientas:

- Conocimiento de alguno de los Data Cloud: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift..

- Experiencia con alguno de los distintos paradigmas de modelado de datos: Kimball, Immon, Data Vault 2.0.

- Desarrollo de procesos dirigidos por metadatos.

- Conocimientos en herramientas de integración de datos como: dbt, Talend, etc.

- Conocimiento en herramientas de orquestación como Apache Airflow.

- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión del código.

Requisitos muy valorables :

Estar familiarizado con términos como DataOps, Data Observability, Data Mesh, etc. Experiencia previa en consultoría dentro del mundo de data & analytics. Se valora de forma muy positiva tener formación a través de un Máster u otras alternativas que aumenten tus skills, por ejemplo, un Máster en Big Data y Analytics.
Conocimiento en alguna de las siguientes tecnologías: Databricks, AWS Glue, GCP Dataflow & Dataproc, etc. Conocimientos con respecto a tecnologías y herramientas de contenerización. Experiencia en el uso de tecnologías de la nube con respecto a conceptos como la habilitación de infraestructura, la automatización de pipelines de datos, y la operación y monitorización de sistemas de procesamiento de datos. Como trabajamos en un entorno global, será un plus que puedas comunicarte en inglés.

Como data engineer del área de Data Technologies, tu misión será formar parte de equipos multidisciplinares con el objetivo de ayudar a nuestros clientes a abordar iniciativas de datos en entornos de alta complejidad técnica. Tendrás la posibilidad de utilizar un amplio espectro de tecnologías innovadoras para la construcción de soluciones de gestión de datos bajo diversos paradigmas de procesamiento y modelado, aplicando para ello los principios adecuados en términos de desarrollo y arquitectura.

Responsabilidades

Participar en el desarrollo de soluciones de ingeniería de datos end-to-end, desde el entendimiento del problema y los objetivos de negocio hasta el desarrollo de sistemas de datos plenamente productivos.

Dar tu opinión técnica sobre los procesos y arquitecturas que se desarrollen para nutrir las conversaciones técnicas que se llevan a cabo durante las fases de diseño.
Participarás en la toma de requerimientos necesarios para arquitecturas y pipelines de datos. Algunas veces te tocará pensar qué estrategia de modelado escoger en función de las fuentes y de las necesidades del cliente y otras veces te tocará pensar la estrategia para ingestar fuentes con un motor dirigido por metadatos.

Además, en algunos momentos también necesitaremos hacer pruebas de concepto y pruebas con tecnologías nuevas en el mercado y servicios cloud nuevos o que creamos que puedan ser útiles para nuestros proyectos o clientes.
