In this role, you will:

Be the center of excellence for qualitative research that flows into Innovation development. Lead the design and execution of innovation research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies. Assist FEI B&C team in developing and executing innovation strategies, manage innovation portfolio, collaborate with cross-functional teams. Advance IFP insight capabilities through rapid/agile methods, digital, AI and in-house to provide modern insights toolkit. Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience with a wide range of consumer research methods. Experience working on innovation research preferred. Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners. Strong communication skills (both verbally and written). Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus.
