Classroom Based Youth Support Worker

This full-time position offers an unparalleled chance to immerse yourself in the noble endeavor of nurturing and guiding students through their educational journey.

Start: September 2024

Closes: Friday 28th June

Hours: 08.30 - 15.30 (Part time hours will be considered)

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Ideally, bring previous experience in advocating for students with additional needs to the table.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Crafting personalized support strategies meticulously tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Designing and delivering highly engaging activities aimed at fostering comprehensive growth – socially, emotionally, and academically.
  • Diligently monitoring student progress, partnering with them to overcome challenges and exceed expectations.
  • Communicating progress updates and any pertinent concerns to the class teacher/SEND team with clarity and professionalism.
