About The Role
This is to work in the Exeter East and Mid Devon Team, this is a recovery worker role to carry a caseload and assist in filling duty worker sessions. There may be duties that are to contribute to all areas of Devon Together service but will be completed out of the Exeter hub such as welfare calls, follow up calls, sickness cover, group support. We are looking for a motivated hard working person to be able to fit in with our team of busy, experienced and supportive team. Am open to consideration for full time or part time hours for this role. Must be willing to undergo training and induction sessions to be able to safely deliver the tasks asked of them which can be found in the job description.

Day to day duties include:  
  • Working autonomously to manage a caseload of our service users, including delivering a range of psychosocial interventions. 
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake ongoing assessments, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals within the community 
  • Facilitating group sessions with a range of individuals of varying backgrounds. 
  • Working with partnership agencies to ensure continuity of care and support. 
  • Providing duty cover for individuals accessing our services.

The salary advertised above demonstrates the full earning potential for this role, starting salaries will allow for pay progression within the pay band
