A commercial firm in Liverpool is keen to bring on board a Property Litigation Partner. This role presents the unique chance to spearhead and develop a property litigation department.

As a Property Litigation Partner, you will be vital in establishing a specialised property litigation department. There is an array of potential for internal referrals and an existing client base that spans multiple sectors. If you’re looking to take on a role that enables you to shape a department and extend its influence, this is a fantastic way to do it.

To succeed in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in property litigation. Based within commuting distance of Liverpool, with a modest client following and strong business development skills, you’re a team player eager to work closely with the real estate team.
