What will you be doing?
As a Report Verification and Audit Manager for BES Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical report verification process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in engineer role involves improving the quality of engineers' reports, providing feedback to enhance performance, and managing actions derived from audits.
You will:
Oversee the verification of technical reports produced by engineers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards. Identify areas for improvement in engineers' reporting practices and develop strategies to enhance the quality of output. Lead and manage audit processes, ensuring that all actions resulting from audits are tracked, executed, and closed within stipulated time frames. Contribute to the induction process for new starters, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to produce high-quality reports. Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Prepare for and participate in the annual NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS) assessment, ensuring that all necessary standards are met. Implement and maintain robust verification processes to consistently meet high-quality standards.As part of our team, you will get:

To be join our team, you will need:
Proven experience in a technical or engineering environment, with a focus on report verification, quality assurance, or auditing. Qualified Electrician, with NVQ 3, AM2 and C&G 2391. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, particularly NICEIC requirements.
