Your purpose:

The individual will work closely within the Building Services team to support the offering of M&E design and surveying services. Assisting with preparation of design calculations utilising both industry standard software and spreadsheets. Produce tender documentation to include drawings, specifications, risk assessments and pricing schedules. Carry out site surveys and complete feasibility reports and budget costs. Accompany Senior Engineers to client/design team meetings, recording minutes. Understand and work in accordance with regulations, standards, and guidance, including Building Regulations, British Standards and CIBSE guidance. Maintain service quality standards and a culture of continuous improvement and constructive expertise. Participate in relevant internal/external training initiatives. Keep abreast of industry issues and developments in best practice, in particular focusing on Net Zero initiatives and low carbon technologies. Communicate and interact with others coherently, in accordance with the organisation's values.
