As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Your responsibilities will include managing process input variables to drive product quality and overseeing quality control efforts. You will analyse customer complaints and internal rejects, perform root cause analysis, and deploy corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). In addition, you'll monitor and inspect production processes, develop and maintain quality documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the implementation of lean and six sigma methodologies.

Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent

Quality Engineer Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience in an ISO compliant environment
  • Previous experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance systems
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D
  • Ability to manage systems to ensure process input variables are in specification
