If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our client school in Enfield is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic maths teacher to join them in September. The school was rated ‘Good’ in its latest OFSTED inspection where they noted that ‘Lessons are calm as pupils engage constructively with their learning. There are strong professional relationships and a bond of trust between teachers and pupils.’ Their vision is to provide young people with an education of excellence that will change their lives and inspire them to be the leaders of tomorrow. This is a Long-Term Supply role.

Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum
  • Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
  • Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
  • The Maths Teacher must plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.

Maths Teacher - Qualifications:

  • QTS Status and enhanced up-to-date DBS.
  • Bachelor's degree in a maths-related field.
  • Teaching experience in mainstream Maths at secondary level.
  • A Maths Teacher with Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for inspiring young minds.
