The Role:

We are seeking an Executive Counselor to join our Executive Services team, to advise, guide and provide insights to IT Leaders. The main objective is to assist executives in delivering improved results by optimizing decision making, mitigating risk and addressing the struggles and challenges they face on the path to personal and professional excellence. The successful incumbent will demonstrate multi-industry experience in their IT, Consulting and/or Research & Advisory career.

Responsibilities:

Provide Executive Services exclusively to clients as assigned Participate in unstructured value-based client conversations and create new methods for a client’s personal success Provide confidential and professional advising to our members in-person and digitally Evaluate members’ needs and work with them to set objectives and develop a strategy/work plan within the terms and conditions of the members’ agreement; Embrace Info-Tech Research Group culture of continuous learning by participating in on-going self and industry development activities; Provide proactive thought leadership and new ideas not “asked for” on behalf of the client’s membership Participate in regular communication / support / education and participation with Sales Leadership and Account Directors to support account planning and servicing Leverage ITRG and 3rd party assets to deliver on promises within the memberships Diagnose member value expectations pain points and connect them with appropriate Info-Tech Research Group product solutions Provide statistical and summary reports that reflect the elements of service KPI’s, continuous improvement, and promotion of strategic and operational goals and objectives.

Experience :

Possess a minimum of 20 years of professional IT experiences at multiple enterprises in UK or abroad; through CIO or leadership positions, Management Consulting and/or Research & Advisory executive experience Strong people relationship management skills; operational and systems development skills and experience in leading and managing experienced team members In depth understanding of various industry executive management roles, politics, human behavior and predictive scenarios related to IT leadership Ability to coordinate complex service delivery models and respond to diverse needs of a variety of key-stakeholders Exceptional customer service focus, high professionalism and adherence to ethical principles of conduct Strong communication and organizational skills, self-starter Ability to adhere to members and Info-Tech Research Group core values as a trusted executive Ability to travel approx. 25% of the time
