About the role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a leading marketeer with demonstrable experience of building market leading brands and exceptional customer experience to join our Brand & Marketing department as Head of Brand on a 12 month fixed term contract / secondment. This role is responsible for the global development of the British Airways brand and how this translates into the customer experience.

In your role as Head of Brand, you will establish the British Airways brand strategy and integrate into the customer experience proposition and brand design. You’ll lead a portfolio of brand projects, working across the British Airways business to deliver alignment to the brand vision and platform, building long-term brand strength.

About you

Extensive experience in building and leading brand strategy within a customer facing organisation (essential) Able to build productive relationships across the business, influencing at all levels Experienced in portfolio management and able to draw on insights to formulate strategic direction Ability to inspire and manage people Brand, design or marketing qualification (desirable)
