Main duties of the job
As a prescriber in this role, you'll have the unique chance to establish pharmacist-led chronic disease clinics and actively support the multi-disciplinary team in conducting medication reviews. Your patient-centred approach will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and supporting the year-of-care initiative. To support your professional growth, we strongly encourage research to enhance clinical practice and maintain outstanding standards.
Located in the Western area of North Wales, with easy access to Chester and the breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia, this position offers a wealth of opportunities for you to enjoy your free time to the fullest. Qualifications
Essential
MPharm Degree or equivalent Post Graduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience and/or qualifications Non-medical prescribing qualification (or working towards) Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Desirable
Accredited or eligible to be accredited as a Higher Education Institute Clinical Pharmacy diploma/MSc tutor
Experience

Must be able to demonstrate suitable level of experience working in the managed sector and/or community pharmacy
