In2024 our client opened the doors to an innovative and stateoftheartBodyshop in Darlington and we are on the lookout for talentedindividual to be the Bodyshop Manager and lead the team goingforward.

Youwillbe:

Manage onsite team of experts (paint sprayers panel beaters METtechnicians estimators and administrativestaff)

Experienced in team management and driven byresults

Understand business needs accounts reports andKPIs

Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capabilityandprofitability

Actively manage relationships with work providers andsuppliers

Handle customer issues and complaintseffectively

Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise inhealth and safetyprotocols

Ensure consistent adherence to health and safetymeasures

Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehiclereadiness

Work skillfully and safely following manufacturersspecifications

Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independentlywith minimalsupervision

Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus oncustomersatisfaction.
