Alton Cars Ltd, one of the UK’s largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 17 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside with a projected turnover of £60m for 2023 and employing over 440 staff, are looking for a MET Technician for our Blackpool Site.

The MET Technician will be responsible for undertaking panel repair or replacement on damaged vehicles, identifying any damage to electrical and mechanical components of a car that has been in an accident or damaged. You will diagnose the actual fault and remove, refit these components before and after the body repair work has been completed.

We happily accept individual’s with and without Industry recognised qualifications.

We are looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and being flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.

This role comes with a salary of £35,000 (Enrolment onto our Uncapped Bonus Scheme from Day 1 - Earnings will be in excess of £40,000k (Depending on Skill Set and Experience)). In addition, you will also receive:
