Based in Wolverhampton , a hub for cutting-edge technologies in both civil and military aviation, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key functions in engineering while working towards Chartered Engineer status.

What You’ll Do

Systems Design, Modelling and Performance: Work on complex system designs that enhance aerospace technology. Detailed and Concept Design: Contribute to the development of next-generation aerospace products. Stress Analysis: Perform critical analyses to ensure safety and performance. Product Qualification and Testing: Validate and test aerospace technologies on live projects. Materials Engineering: Innovate with new materials to improve efficiency and sustainability. Reliability and Safety: Ensure the highest standards of reliability and safety in aerospace systems. Project Management and Business Processes: Gain insight into managing large-scale engineering projects.

During your three-year programme, you’ll rotate across these areas, gaining broad exposure to the engineering lifecycle. After 18 months of rotations, you’ll embark on a tailored development plan to match your career aspirations.

About You

Graduating with a 2:1 or above in Engineering by 2025. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. A passion for sustainability and advancing aerospace technology. A natural communicator with excellent organisational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
