Duration: Full time, September 2024 – August 2025

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role to ensure that the school’s students have the best experience at the start of their education journey. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.
• Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.
• Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
• Supporting the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos.
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
