You will report into the Plant Service Manager

Focus areas of the role:

The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:

Working safely and respectfully in a busy environment. Delivery of first-class machines to our customers on time and to the correct specification. Defects are repaired or notified to the Workshop Foreman.

Success enablers:

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, and abilities:

Experience of Plant maintenance. Have carried out formal training (or have the ability) to NVQ2 Plant maintenance. An equivalent qualification is acceptable. Must have tooling to carry out the role. Willingness to learn. Ability to grow within the business. Learn new skills and take on new challenges. Honesty. We trust our colleagues and can only build on this with honest communication and behaviours. Respect. Flexibility. We are driven by customer service and we have to be flexible to fulfil our customers needs. Reliability. This is a cornerstone of our team and influences our ability to provide first class service to our customers.
