This role would be ideal for a Dentist who has an interest in mentoring or developing their supervision skills

Being a mentor has many rewards, including allowing you to:

  • Develop your education and supervision skills.
  • Contribute to personal PDP.
  • Complete a mentoring course and achieve verifiable CPD.
  • Undertake advanced CPD courses and mentor CPD events.
  • Progress your career at mydentist, for example if you want to become an Educational Supervisor for Foundation Training or a Clinical Development Advisor (CDA) or Clinical Director (CD.)
  • Build on your leadership skills and work on coaching techniques.
  • There is also a financial benefit to being a mentor of an additional £12,000 per year.
