We currently have an opportunity to join our fantastic Reception team based in Cambridge.

As our Receptionist you will ensure a very warm welcome to our all our guests and colleagues with a high level of Reception service, whilst protecting the integrity of the building, is our priority.

About the role

Delivering high quality customer service in Reception administration which includes all relevant inboxes, as well as administration of additional tasks within the organisation, providing essential assistance to other departments and ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience for all our Guests and Colleagues. 

In order to be successful in this role:

Your exemplary organisational skills will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, where you can adapt swiftly to new situations A referral point for staff and colleagues within the organisation and supporting the business by providing a contact point to All as and when required Managing the arrival and security of All to the company, operating card access system in line with company security policies. Provide an efficient switchboard service, re-directing all calls received to the correct destination and ensuring efficient customer service. Administration of Meeting room bookings, as required, authorising and overseeing customer focussed meeting facilities, managing hospitality requests and ensuring maximisation of the meeting room resources

About you

As an experienced Receptionist with a high level of customer service within a large busy company, you thrive on challenges and interaction with All people. 

You will need have strong communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure high level management of processing information.

The ability to remain calm, friendly and professional when working under pressure during peak times.
