We are lookingfor a Project Manager to support theContract Delivery Manager in the Arb Utility division at GroundControl. You will be responsible for managing the operation for anassigned programme of tree works in Cambridge and the surroundingareas. You will take responsibility for driving the programmedelivery for both self contract KPI targets and our tree cuttingteams.

This is a fieldbased role withapproximately 3 days in the field and 2 days based at home.

You will ensure work is completed to the highestpossible standards in terms of safety environment quality customerservice and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation througheverything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what wedo

What you willachieve;

  • Responsiblefor outputs and performance within your projects measured againstsafety quality production budget required timings and clientsatisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient communicationwith your assigned Project Coordinator and relevant action taken toensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficientproject delivery on all projects.
  • Timely andeffective reporting and communication through to your ContractDelivery Manager
  • Ensure your assigned treecutting teams have a suitable work bank and are being fullyutilised across the wider contract.
  • Update andmanage the Work Programme SD Programme Held Up Programme Planningchecklists and all similar programmes for your project and assignedteams.
  • Satisfactorily resolving any HeldUpspans that need client resolution to obtainconsent.
