We havean opportunity for a HR ServiceDelivery Manager based at our Head Office, Cowick Hall in East Yorkshire. Reportinginto the UK Head of HR, you will play a key role in developing and implementingHR systems, policies, programs, and procedures.

In this role, youwill:

Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional HR administration services for circa 970 UK based will include:
Recruitment
Onboarding
Contractual documentation
Creating correspondence templates
Ownership of legislative requirements, including visas and IR35 Partner with the UK Head of HR to craft and implement HR initiatives Develop and manage HR systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience Oversee the creation and update of policies and procedures, aligned to Croda’s strategy and culture Become the voice of HR: Develop compelling content (think articles, videos, email campaigns) to keep employees informed, motivated, and engaged Lead the redesign of our intranet, creating a user-friendly platform that fosters collaboration and empowers employees to find the information they need Develop compelling communications that inform and engage.

Essentials:

Effective problem solving skills, you will be able to identify solutions to inefficient people processes or system issues Strong planning and organisation skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Good interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills - attention to detail is vital Management experience within a HR function A thorough understanding of core HR processes Significant HR systems experience and data analysis skills Microsoft Office functionalityexpertise such as the use of mail merge and pivot tables

Desirables:

CIPD qualified Generalist HR experience
