Job Description :

ReyDesign, a London-based marketing agency, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team as an intern. In this role, you will work closely with the founder to manage the development and launch of an innovative email marketing system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project management and digital marketing.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate with team members (web app developer, content creator, and ad specialist) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope

Provide daily updates to the founder on project progress, issues, and potential solutions

Assist in defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables

Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement

Facilitate effective communication among team members using tools like Slack

Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress reports

Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices

Assist in ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements :

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Asana, Trello)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Prior experience in digital marketing or project management is beneficial

As a 'junior', you will have the opportunity to work on live projects and prove your capabilities over the next few months. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering top-quality results, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time position within the company.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, but candidates must be available for daily communication and collaboration with the founder and team members.
