Salary:  £35, (FTE) Location:  Travel to ECL Day Centres across Essex, with some home working. Your base location can be a day centre close to your home. Contract:  Permanent, part-time 3 daysper week (Wednesday - Friday prefered)

Are you a qualified Speech and Language Therapist looking for a part-time role?

At ECL, we are passionate about providing an excellent clinical service to our customers to support them in achieving their desired outcome, whether that be maximising their independence, enhancing their quality of life, or taking a greater part in their local community.

As a Speech and Language Therapist you will provide support to vulnerable adults across our ECL Day Centres throughout Essex and be on hand to provide expertise to staff. There is also opportunity to facilitate and develop customer focussed training, targeting accessibility of communication.

Being part of our Clinical team means you will:

Receive full clinical support/supervision from the Clinical Lead who is a fully qualified SALT, building on CPD and multidisciplinary practice skills Be part of a wider network of Adults acquired and Adult Learning Disability teams working in partnership with the NHS across Essex Have access to a peer supervision group for dysphagia Have the opportunity to mentor our SALT apprentice while they complete their degree Take part in the mentoring of University SALT students undertaking placements with ECL Receive full support in developing dysphagia skills and competencies
