Step Teachers are working with a preschool in Cambridge in search of a full-time, qualified, and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their dedicated team ASAP.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and well-being of all children while also serving as a key caregiver for a designated group. Through careful observation, assessment, and planning, you'll actively support children's rapid progress toward achieving Early Learning Goals.

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner requirements:

  • Possession of a recognized Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ 3 in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development)
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the updated service

Skills and Experience for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

  • Previous hands-on experience in caring for children aged 0-5 years
  • Comprehensive understanding of child development and early learning goals
  • A strong dedication to delivering top-notch childcare services
  • Proactive commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication for effective report writing, maintaining records, and communicating with parents and colleagues
