JobSummary:
Thecandidate will be responsible for the overall management andendtoend operations of all Residential/C&I projects inKerala. To lead and manage a team comprising of site engineerswarehouse executives netmetering agents & O&Mexecutives.
RolesandResponsibilities:
Candidate shall oversee daytoday operations ensuring timelydelivery of rooftop solar projects within budget and meetinghighest quality standards while regularly reporting monitoring andevaluating different projects in field level foroperations.
To take complete ownership of the delivery of a project fromprocurement to installation to aftersales support within theassignedstate.
Totrack Quality and budget adherence for allprojects.
To ensure optimal utilization of team reporting to him and ensuringtheirproductivity.
To monitor and ensure proper resolution of all O&M ticketsraised in theAOR.
Tocollaborate with different stakeholders external internal &customers to ensure timely completion ofprojects.
Responsible to ensure all compliances are met with in thestipulated time such as netmeter documentation procurement ofrequiredmaterial.
As required to assist SCM team in sourcing vendors for variousproducts/serviceslocally.
Organizing and directing the work of multidisciplinary professionaland administrativestaff.
Inspecific cases assist with making sales handling client complaintscollecting and analyzing data and improving the overall customerexperience.
Qualification:
BTech (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical) or in similarspecialization or MBA with a minimum of 46 years of overallexperience in renewable space in Kerala. Solar Experience ismandatory.
Excellent verbal & written communicationskills
Experience of working on Project management tools like MS projectZoho projectsetc.
Detailed oriented with ability to motivate and manage large/diverseteams.
Cross functional collaborationexperience
Proficient in MSOffice.
Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of meetingstrict deadlines and effectively leading and scaling a performanceand outcomesbasedorganization.
