Ocean Housing has an exciting new opportunity for a permanent, full time (40 hours), Heating Engineer to join their Property Services Team.
£38,491 per annum (plus 5% call out enhancement once probation passed)
The role also offers:
-27 days holiday (plus Banks)

The Role
- Working alone or as part of a team you will undertake duties of a Heating Engineer which include repairs, maintenance and servicing to gas, oil and other new technology heating systems
- You will be included in our out of hour’s service with the additional benefit of overtime and of a 5% multi-skilled salary enhancement, which includes the emergency call out standby allowance.
- The role requires the ability for the post holder to hold basic skills in various trade disciplines
- Ensure works provided are of the highest quality, efficient and good value for money for our customers
Qualifications
- You will hold a qualification in the relevant trade to NVQ (or equivalent) level 2 or higher along with holding the following ACS elements, CCN1, HTR1, CEN1, WAT1, MET1, CKR1 and CPA1
- You will have previous experience of a wide variety of heating related works
- Experience of working in occupied domestic properties
- Experience in providing excellent customer service and developing relationships
