The position of Warehouse Operative with FLT involves:

Using a Counterbalance to load and unload palletised goods from trailers, rigid vehicles and vans. Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch. Replenishing and consolidation of stock when required. General housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment. Completing any relevant paperwork in line with the warehouse processes to include reporting any defects.

Essential skills required for Warehouse Operative with FLT:

Hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence. Previous experience of working within the pallet network industry. Good communication and team working skills. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Basic salary for Warehouse Operative with FLT is £31,pa, based on working 50 hours per week. Hours of work are Monday – Friday from 15:00hrs – 01:00hrs. Overtime available on Saturdays.
