Assistant Tax Manager

The Role
This is a key role in the tax team. You will be supporting on various projects both here in the UK and across our site sin the US, Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Advisory:
Provide detailed tax advice on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax issues. Identify tax planning opportunities and risks. Manage processes such as WHT, R&D credits, and support Transfer Pricing initiatives.Tax Compliance and Reporting:
Assist in reviewing year-end tax provision accounting. Review and prepare corporate tax returns. Ensure compliance with tax legislation and timely submission of required documents. Assist with tax audits.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other functions to deliver comprehensive tax solutions. Support Tax Managers/Director across various workstreams. Assist in developing and delivering internal training programs.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and best practices. Enhance current processes and systems, and contribute to developing and implementing new processes for improved efficiency and service quality.Doncasters Values:
