Night Cleaner

At OCS, we are recruiting for Night Cleaners, who will act as a customer service ambassador for the venues and events, information, and assistance to our visitors.You will be working on a variable shift pattern, 18:30 to 06:30, on a casual basis; this is a 0-hour contract. Main Duties and Responsibilities :  To create a positive visitor experience for all Visitors attending. To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with around the venues. Ensure venues are kept to the high standard visually, always going the extra mile and caring about the space you are working in. To clean to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training. Responds to all cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers where necessary,

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Excellent communication skills Previous experience in cleaning is desirable and in a customer facing role. A motivated, friendly and engaging individual with a passion for events.
