Four Seasons Hampshire is looking for a Senior Stewarding Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

The Supervisor must maintain and control a high level of guest service achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff. 

The Stewarding Supervisor reports directly to the manager in charge of Stewarding, and he/she oversees all aspects of the Stewarding operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training and motivating other Stewards.

Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc.

Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.

Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area

Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels

Basic Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Ability to carry heavy equipment is required

The ability to speak English fluently is required.

Must have work authorization for the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for the role
