  • Have previous experience working with young people with SEMH needs, either in a school setting or a similar environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience in the face of challenging situations.
  • Be proactive, creative, and adaptable, with a willingness to think outside the box and try new approaches.
  • Hold relevant qualifications or certifications in education, counselling, psychology, or a related field (desirable but not essential).

In return, we offer:

  • Professional Development : Ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and expertise in behaviour support and SEMH intervention.
  • Collaborative Environment : Join a passionate and dedicated team of professionals who share your commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Rewarding Work : Experience the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts are making a tangible difference in the lives of young people and their families.
  • Competitive Compensation : Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, reflective of your skills, experience, and dedication.
