Working in our support functions you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.

What you'll be doing

In this role you’ll answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, brokers etc.). This will be done by providing a professional and dedicated service to them. You’ll do this via telephone and email.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

You’ll proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries. You’ll proactively build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business in order to facilitate solutions to issues or complaints received via a number of mediums necessary and acting as a day to day contact for our customers to ensure there is a good customer experience. You’ll also provide guidance and support to Account Managers at all times

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

The ability to investigate and resolve queries The ability to problem solve Thorough understanding of Bupa’s products Confident and articulate with the ability to challenge at all levels effectively Self reliant, self disciplined Understanding of TCF principles and demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and the ability to work with a minimal level of supervision Ability to work in a target driven environment and deliver results / achieve target
