JobDescription:

As a Membership SalesAdvisor at the new Active Nation Filton you will be the face of ourcharity responsible for building and maintaining strongrelationships with potential and existing supporters (members). Youwill play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve theirfitness and wellness goals while contributing to the growth andsuccess of Active NationFilton.

KeyResponsibilities:

Actively engagewith prospective members both in person and through variouscommunication channels to promote the benefits of Active NationFilton and convert inquiries intomemberships.

Member Retention: Foster a welcomingand supportive environment for current supporters addressing theirneeds and concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction topromote referrals and longtermmemberships.

Consultation and Guidance: Engagewith potential supporters to understand their goals and recommendappropriate membership plans and services tailored to theirneeds.

Promotions and Campaigns: Stay informedabout current promotions and marketing campaigns and effectivelycommunicate these to potential and existingmembers.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accuratemembership records process payments and assist with administrativetasks related to membership management.

CommunityEngagement: Act as an ambassador for Active Nation Filton withinthe local community participating in events and outreach programmesto attract newsupporters.

Qualifications:

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Passionfor health fitness and wellness.

Sales orcustomer service experience preferred.

Knowledgeof fitness industry trends and services.

Abilityto work flexible hours including evenings andweekends.
